Mr. Munio joined the LMS team in 2010 and is primarily responsible for managing the defense of personal injury matters in a multitude of jurisdictions across the country. Mr. Munio coordinates efforts to extract clients from costly lawsuits by positioning discovery issues that enable Mr. Munio to craft successful Motions for Summary Judgment during the early stages of litigation, saving clients significant amounts of legal fees and costs. In those matters where a Motion for Summary Judgment is not a viable option, Mr. Munio develops strategies and tactics during the discovery phase of the litigation to allow for the greatest chance of a successful result at trial, while also creating pressure points for the opposing side which are designed to weaken their resolve in order to achieve a more favorable result for the client prior to trial, if such an opportunity avails itself. Mr. Munio also has experience in first and third-party property insurance defense, and he has some background in immigration law.

Mr. Munio is a graduate of Boston College Law School where he served as the Professional Development Co-Chair for the Latin American Law Students Association. He was also part of the National Immigration Moot Court Team and served as a judicial intern for the Boston Municipal Court in Dorchester, Massachusetts. During his free time, Mr. Munio enjoys going to sporting events, traveling, and playing volleyball and softball. Mr. Munio is a native Spanish speaker.
