Alan Kowalczyk has extensive multi-jurisdictional state and federal civil litigation experience. Since joining Legal Management Services in 2003, Alan has concentrated his practice in managing litigation in a wide array of areas for large corporations facing numerous legal issues throughout the United States. His multi-jurisdictional experience has enabled his clients to achieve a convenient and cost effective way of addressing their multi-state litigation needs. In addition, Alan represents his clients in both federal and state courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Prior to coming to LMS, Alan gained valuable experience in personal injury, premises liability and products liability defense at two Fortune 500 companies. He has also handled general corporate matters, real estate and trust and estate work. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. During his free time, Alan enjoys traveling and running, having completed two marathons in the past year.
