John Simone joined the Legal Management Services team in June 2004.  Prior to his arrival at LMS, Mr. Simone focused his practice on the representation of start-up and existing business owners in general corporate matters and employment disputes.  At LMS, Mr. Simone concentrates his practice in the areas of premises liability, personal injury and products liability defense.

Mr. Simone serves as counsel and on the Board of Directors for Homefront Health Care, a non-profit home care agency providing services to the elderly, disabled, or chronically ill person at home.

John works with both Jim Walker and Bruce Todesco at LMS.
