John has practiced law as a litigator and commercial transaction attorney at two Providence, Rhode Island firms and in his own law firm. John then joined the in-house group at Hasbro where he focused primarily on intellectual property issues, and litigation management. Before joining Legal Management Services, John was General Counsel at RuneCraft Limited, a UK-based software and gaming company. At Hasbro, John was responsible for compliance with on-line privacy regulation and developed Hasbro’s compliance procedures in accordance with CARU and ESRB guidelines, and the Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
