He has substantial litigation experience, for both plaintiff and defense, in a wide array of areas, including insurance defense, personal injury, medical/legal malpractice, corporate, contracts, intellectual property and appellate practice. This spectrum of litigation experience allows Mr. Walker to utilize his talents in such a manner so as to effectuate a satisfactory, cost effective resolution to his client’s litigation needs – whether such a resolution is obtained via trial verdict or some type of alternative dispute resolution prior to trial. At LMS, Mr. Walker handles all litigation arising in California, New York, New Jersey and Maryland. Mr. Walker is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California, after obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina. While at Davidson, Mr. Walker was a member of the men’s varsity soccer team and men’s varsity track and field team, and he continues to serve as the starting goalkeeper on two Rhode Island adult soccer teams. He has also been honored with the recent appointment as President of the Jamestown, Rhode Island Rotary Club.
