Bruce Todesco has over twenty years’ experience as a trial attorney in both civil and criminal matters.  While in private practice, Mr. Todesco represented institutional and individual clients in a wide variety of matters before virtually every court and tribunal in Rhode Island.  His career as a government lawyer included six years as a criminal prosecutor for the Rhode Island Department of Attorney General, where he served as Unit Chief and Director of the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. In 2003, Mr. Todesco was asked to serve as Deputy City Solicitor for the City of Providence. 
While practicing law Mr. Todesco was also active as a professional musician and in 1995 he founded and managed TradeSafe Online Corporation, facilitating individual and small business transactions as the first internet-based escrow service.

At LMS Mr. Todesco is the Team Leader for litigation in the Southern States, Delaware, Connecticut and New Hampshire.  He also manages litigation involving ADA and discrimination claims.
